When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser information text to help detect unwanted comments.
Environment
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location information from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies remain for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long do we keep your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This way, we can automatically recognize and approve your follow-up comments instead of keeping them in the moderation queue.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile (if any). All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except for changing username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

If you have an account or comments on this site, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also ask to delete all personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we have to comply with for administrative, legal or security purposes.
